Paulina has more than 25 years of experience in the professional and legal services industry gained while working for the Shared Services Centre, law firms and Big Four consulting firms.

For three years as Head of GSC she was responsible for creating and developing the DLA Piper Global Shared Services Centre in Warsaw, covering four areas of the firm’s support: marketing, HR, finance and IT. She was responsible for, among others, recruitment plans, employee development and retention programme, company finances and process transit.

Earlier, for over five years, she worked for DLA Piper in the financial department, including for over three years in the position of Financial Manager, where she was responsible for the company’s finances. Before that, she was an auditor at Deloitte, leading projects focused on the telecommunications industry. She is a certified auditor and ACCA.
