Barbara Drońska
PAYROLL & HR ADMINISTRATION JUNIOR MANAGER
Barbara has 25 years of experience in personnel administration, social insurance, and payroll calculation.
She specialises in HR and payroll services, with a particular focus on salary calculations, employee benefits, and working time settlements. She has an excellent knowledge of labour law and social insurance regulations, which she skilfully applies in practice.
Barbara manages personnel documentation comprehensively, prepares internal regulations and company policies, and is responsible for payroll preparation as well as the settlement of civil-law contracts within various remuneration systems.
She has gained her experience both by working for external service providers and in the internal HR departments of private companies and public institutions.
Barbara completed postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety. She also holds certification as a Data Protection Officer, which enables her to ensure HR procedures comply effectively with GDPR requirements.
