With extensive knowledge of firm processes she offers objective insight into company operations and possible improvements. </p> <p>Paulina has more than 19 years of experience in the professional and legal services industry gained while working for the Shared Services Centre, law firms and Big Four consulting firms. </p> <p>For three years as Head of GSC she was responsible for the creation and development of the DLA Piper Global Shared Services Centre in Warsaw, covering four areas of the firm's support: marketing, HR, finance and IT. She was responsible for, among others, recruitment plan, employee development and retention programme, company finances and process transit.</p> <p>Earlier, for over 5 years she worked for DLA Piper in the financial department, including for over 3 years in the position of Financial Manager where she was responsible for the company's finances. Prior to that, she was an auditor in Deloitte, where she led projects focused on the telecommunications industry. She is a certified auditor and ACCA.

Ariel, HR Director with over 15 years of experience in the professional services industry.</p> <p>He advises on issues related to the creation and streamlining of HR processes - personnel administration, recruitment, and development projects, and those related to shaping and strengthening enterprises' desired organisational culture, including building employee engagement programmes and employer branding. </p> <p>He created and implemented HR processes and strategies in organisations, including participation in creating the Shared Services Centre, where he supported building the centre from scratch by creating all areas of HR. </p> <p>He worked in international HR consulting companies supporting entities from the financial and insurance industry and the legal sector. He currently supports companies in the professional services, retail, gaming, and PR sectors.<br />

Katarzyna, Marketing Manager with over 16 years of experience gained in international and Polish advertising agencies and in the professional services sector.</p> <p>For over two years as GSC Marketing Manager she was responsible for the creation and development of the marketing team at DLA Piper Shared Services Centre, as well as for the development, acquisition and implementation of processes. </p> <p>After two years she built a team of 40 people and servicing more than 80 marketing processes. She advises comprehensively on brand positioning, development of a marketing strategy for the communication plan and its implementation.<br />

With expert knowledge, he can assess client's set up and propose improvements or optimised solutions – from purchase/sell, through service, insurance and financing, negotiations with vendors.<br />
